a shopkeeper buys 16 books at rs 250 per book. he sells 4 books at rs 200 per book and the remaining 12 books at rs 275 per book.Find his gain or loss per cent

16 books=16×250=4000
4= loss= 50/250×100=loss percent
12 books=275-250=25
25÷250×100=gain percent
