a shopkeeper buys 16 books at rs 250 per book. he sells 4 books at rs 200 per book and the remaining 12 books at rs 275 per book.Find his gain or loss per cent​

CP of 16 books= 250 ×16= = Rs 4000

SP of 4 books= 4×200= Rs 800

SP of 12 books = 12× 275 =Rs 3300

Total SP = 800+ 3300= Rs 4100

Profit= Rs (4100-4000)= Rs 100

P%= (100/4000 ×100)%

= 5/2 % or 2 whole 1/2% or 2.5%
