Discounto tvs of brand A=60000-25%=60000*25/100=60000-15000=45000
Therfore each tv of bradA=45000
Discount tvs of brand B=65000*20/100=13000=65000-13000=52000
Cost of 40 tvs of Brand A=40*45000=1800000
Cost of 40  tvs of Brand B=40*52000=2080000
Cost of 40tvs of both brands=1800000+2080000=3880000
Therfroe shopkeeper pays 3880000 to the distributor for buying all the tv sets
