Overall gain should be 20% that is 20% of 10000= Rs 12000 should be the selling price.

cost of each ball is 10000/100= Rs 100

cost of 40balls is  Rs 4000

40 balls sold at 12.5% profit  means 4000+4000*12.5%= Rs 4500

Remaining 60 balls selling price would be 12000-4500=7500/-

Selling price of each ball is 7500/60=Rs 125/-

Cost price is Rs 100/-

Profit is Rs 125- Rs100= Rs25

The percent at which he should sell the remaining ball should be 25/100*100=25%
