Step-by-step explanation:

let the cost price of teddy bear and gift box be x and y

profit on teddy bear = 20/100*x = 1/5x

profit on gift box = 25/100*y = 1/4y

therefore 1/5x = 200

x = 200*5

= 1000

1) cost price of teddy bear is Rs 1000

1/4y = 200

y = 800

2) cost price of gift box is Rs 800

3) Selling price = cost + profit

teddy bear = 1000+200= 1200

gift box = 800+200 = 1000

4) profit by selling 7 teddy bear = 7*200 = 1400

profit by selling 5 gift boxes = 5*200= 1000

5) the selling price of teddy bear is higher and therefore it is expensive.

the difference in cost = 1000-800= 200.
