Discount = 31%
SP = MPx( 100- Discount%)/100
$sp = \frac{1250(100 - 31)}{100} \\ = \frac{1250 \times 69}{100} \\ = 862.50$
Now
SP = 862.50
Profit = 15%
CP = SP x 100/(100+ Profit%)
$cp \: = \frac{862.50 \times 100}{100 + 15} \\ = \frac{86250}{115} \\ = 750$
So CP = Rs 750
