Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Profit per pen = rs3

Loss per pencil=rs1

If he sells 52 pen

52 x 3 = profit

156 = profit

If he sells 23 pencil

23 x 1 = loss

23 = loss

Therefore profit is more than loss

for pen
SP of one pen=Rs 3
SP of 52 pens= Rs 3×52 = 156 Rs
for pencil
SP of one pencil= Re 1
SP of 23 pencils= Rs 1×23 =Rs 23
Profit > loss
SP of pens>SP of pencils
so, total profit= profit -loss
=Rs 156- Rs 23
=Rs 133 answer
