Dear friend,

The answer for this question is here:

Cost of pen: rupees 5

Cost of pencil: Rupees 2

Pens she sold: 70

Therefore, pencils she sold: (70 divided 2 )

Shopkeeper earns profit of rs5 per pen

So by selling 70 pens shopkeeper earns = 70×5 = 350 rs

Shopkeeper earns neither profit nor loss

So shopkeeper loss 350 by selling pencils

So shopkeeper sold 350/2 = 175

Hence shopkeeper sold 175 pencils
