let us assume that the number of coins of 1 rupee are x
therefore coins of 50 paisa are 3x
amount of 1 rupee coin = 1×x=100x paisa
amount of 50 paisa coins=50×3x=150 paisa
100x+150x=4500
250x=4500
x=18
