Answer:

Given:

A shopkeeper has 30l 700ml milk. If he used 5l ml milk to prepare tea and 15l 450ml milk to prepare sweets

To find:

How much milk is left?

Solution:

From given, we have,

A shopkeeper has 30l 700ml milk.

⇒ 30 l 700 ml = 30,000 + 700 = 30,700 ml

If he used 5l ml milk to prepare tea

30,700 ml - 51 ml = 30,649 ml

And 15l 450ml milk to prepare sweets

15 l 450 ml = 15,000 + 450 = 15,450 ml

30,649 - 15,450 = 15,199 ml

Therefore, the amount of milk left is 15 l 199 ml
