therefore , 18%of 40000
18by 100*40000=7200
Cost price of article to shopkeeper +GST paid by shopkeeper =40000+7200=47200
INPUT IGST of the shopkeeper =₹7200
(ii) 25%of 40000
25by100*40000=₹10000
40000+10000=₹50000
therefore CGST =18% of 50000
18/100*50000=9000
9000/2 = 4500
CGST=SGST =₹4500
