hey buddy here is your answer
S.P = $ 1.40
loss = 30%
thn S.P = 100% - 30 %
$1.40 = 70% of C.P
now if 70% is =$ 1.40
thn 1% is = 1.40/70
so 100% is = 1.40/70*100= $2
C.P =$ 2
S.P = $1.40
loss in $ = $2 - $1.40 = $0.60
hope it helps
S.P = $ 1.40
loss = 30%
thn S.P = 100% - 30 %
$1.40 = 70% of C.P
now if 70% is =$ 1.40
thn 1% is = 1.40/70
so 100% is = 1.40/70*100= $2
C.P =$ 2
S.P = $1.40
loss in $ = $2 - $1.40 = $0.60
hope it helps
