Let x be the cost price of jeans.
Selling price of jeans =Rs.564
Therefore,
x− 6/100 ×x=564
x(1− 3/50 )=564
⇒x=564×50 / 47
 =600
Thus the cost price of jeans is Rs.600.
Now, if the shopkeeper sell it for Rs.675,
Profit =675−600=Rs.75
Profit percent =
75/600 ×100=12.5%
