now he Offers 10 % extra  => 1 + (10/100)1 = 1.1 kg  is sold

weighing machine shows 100 grams less  than the original weight

=> Original Weight = 1.1 kg + 100 gm  = 1.2 kg

Cost Price of 1.2 kg = 1.2C Rs

Loss = 1.2C - C = 0.2C Rs

Loss % = (0.2C/C) * 100  = 20 %
