Step-by-step explanation:

bulbs purchased = 200

cost of each bulb = 10

cost of 200 bulbs = 200* 10

= 2000

no of bulb fused = 5

lose of 5 bulb. = 5*10

= 50

sp of bulb = 12

cost of 195 bulbs = 195 * 12

= 2340

note as 5 bulbs are fused we don't concerned about them

loss or profit =CP - SP

= 2000 - 2340

= 340

there fore he earned a profit of 340

Total no. of bulbs purchased by the shopkeeper=

200bulbs

Cost of each bulb = Rs. 10

So, cost of 200 bulbs= 200×10= Rs. 2000

No. of bulbs that were fused = 5

So 200-5= 195

SP ( selling price ) = 195×12= Rs. 2340

Here SP>CP, 2340>2000

there's a profit.

Profit= SP-CP (selling price-cost price)

= 2340-2000

= Rs. 340

Profit % = profit/CP× 100

340/2000× 100

= 17%
