If 200 bulbs is purchased for ₹10 each, then
Total cost price= ₹(200×10)=₹2000
If 5 bulbs were fused, then bulbs remaining=(200-5)=195 bulbs were left
If the remaining are sold at ₹12 each , then
Total selling price=₹(195×12)=₹2340
Hence, profit=(SP-CP)=₹(2340-2000)=₹340
Profit percentage=(340/2000×100)%=17%
Total cost price= ₹(200×10)=₹2000
If 5 bulbs were fused, then bulbs remaining=(200-5)=195 bulbs were left
If the remaining are sold at ₹12 each , then
Total selling price=₹(195×12)=₹2340
Hence, profit=(SP-CP)=₹(2340-2000)=₹340
Profit percentage=(340/2000×100)%=17%
