Hey...mate......!!!

Here is your answer.....

Answer:

A shopkeeper purchased a sewing machine from Delhi at rupees 3200.25

On his way to Dehradun he had to pay an octri of rupees 20 at the octri post.

At Dehradun he sold this machine at rupees 3500.25.

So,the profit he earn = rupees 280

Step-by-step explanation:

First, he buy machine at rupees 3200.25

Then, he pay a octri of rupees 20

So, the total cost = rupees 3220.25

At Dehradun, he sold the machine at rupees 3500.25

Then the profit he earn = selling price - cost price

3500.25 - 3220.25 = 280 rupees
