A shopkeeper purchased article for rs.4500 and sold it for rs.5000.Find his profit or loss °/

Answer:

C. P. = Rs 4500

S. P. = Rs 5000

Profit= S. P. - C. P.

= 5000-4500

=Rs500

Profit %= Profit ÷ C. P. (100)

= 500 ÷ 4500*100

= 100 ÷9
