List price is

380

Add profit

25\%

 \frac{25}{100} \times 380

 = 95

Now , add this profit to the list price

 = 380 + 95

 = 475

Now , Less the allowed discount on this rate

 \frac{5}{100} \times 475

 = 23.75

Less the discount from the price

475 - 23.75

 = 451.25 \: is \: your \: answer.....
