Your answer is here

Price of a packet is = 64

He spends 4 rupees on Transporter 4 packet

It means 1 packet transport is 1 rupee

It means the total cost price of A packet is = 65 rupees

He wants to gain 16 % profit on one packet

OK Then 16 % of 65 is

65 × 16 ÷ 100 = 10.4

Then 65 + 10.4 = 75.4

It means he sell the packet 75.4 rupees to gain 16% profit

I hope it's helpful for you. Thank you
