A shopkeeper sells an article at 15% gain. Had he sold it for ₹ 18 more he would have gained 18% . Find the cost price of the article

Suppose C.P. of article be $ y

∴ (118 – 115)% of y = 18

y × 3

= 18

18 × 100

= $ 600

b - a

C.P. =
