Original Weight = 800g

Mistaken Weight = 1000g

Profit = 1000 - 800 = 200

Profit % =200*100/800

= 20000/800

= 200/8

=25%

Hope it is right

Answer:

The Actual profit percentage is 25%

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Actual weight of article = 1000gm

Faulty weight of article = 800gm

Formula used:

Profit percentage due to wrong weight=[Error/(True weight-Error)]*100

Calculation:

Actual weight of article = 1000gm

Faulty weight of article = 800gm

Error=1000-800 =200gm

Profit percentage due to wrong weight = [Error/(True weight-Error)]*100

=(200/800)*100 =25%

The Actual profit percentage is 25%
