Answer:

a = Number of Oranges in Big Box - 5

Number of Oranges in small Box  = 70

Step-by-step explanation:

In the bigger box, there are 5 oranges more than that in smaller boxes

Let say Number of Oranges in small Box =  a

then Number of Oranges in Big Box =  a + 5

=> a = Number of Oranges in Big Box - 5

Now given that

there are 75 oranges in the bigger box

=> a + 5 = 75

subtracting 5 from both sides

=> a + 5 - 5 = 75 - 5

=> a = 70

Number of Oranges in small Box  = 70
