A Shopkeeper sold two watches for₹560 each, graining 12% on one and losing 44% on tha other . Find his gain or loss percent as a whole.​

gain = 12%

sp = cp(1 +  \frac{g}{100} ) \\ cp =  \frac{sp}{(1 +  \frac{g}{100} )} \\  =  \frac{560}{(1 +  \frac{12}{100}) }   \\ 560 \times  \frac{100}{112}  = 560 \times  \frac{20}{56}  \\  =  \frac{11200}{56}  = 200

SP of watch B = rs.560

loss = 44%

cp =  \frac{sp}{(1 +  \frac{l}{100}) }  \\  =  \frac{560}{(1 +  \frac{44}{100} )}  = 560 \times  \frac{100}{144}  \\  = 560 \times  \frac{20}{72}   \\ =   \frac{11200}{72}  =  \frac{545}{3}
