here f=15cm; h=8cm; u=30cm

here f is 15cm and u=30cm mean object is at center mean at 2f

1/f=1/u+1/v

1/15=1/30+1/v

1/v=1/15-1/30

1/v=2-1/30

1/v=1/30

v=30

since image is also formed at center.

hight of image is given by

h'/h=-v/u

h'/8=-30/30

h'/8=-1

h'=-8cm

mean image is of same size because it is at center as you see in image, here dotted and solid line show incident ray and reflected ray respectively.
