On the call of mahatam Gandhi to the non-cooperation movement the tribal group of the hills supported this movement but they did not follow the way or the ethics of Mahatama Gandhi. They defy the forest rule and forced inside the reserved forest. They also take the important strategy of defeating the British is to hide in the tree of the forest and then attack on them
