1. According to the calendar, the summer vacation will begin on July 2nd, 2016 (Sat.) and end on August 28th, 2016 (Sun.). Fall semester will begin on August 29th (Mon.). All returning students will be stamp on paper student card in Office 103 between August 29th and 31st.
2. The Office of International Exchange and Cooperation will start the break on July 6th, 2016 (Wed.) and come back to work on August 25th, 2016 (Thur.).
3. During the summer vacation, an office staff will be on duty during 9:00 am to 11:30 am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please refer to the bulletin board for duty schedule and contact number. In case of unexpected circumstances, please keep in touch with dorm supervisor or your advisor. Please keep your mobile phone
4. All International students will fill in the Travel Plan for Summer Vacation in the International Office before June 15th. Those who want to leave before July 2nd must have the application for Off-campus Internship and Long Leave to Ms. Zhou in Office 103.
5. For CSC scholarship of July and August, please sign in the International Office between June 12th and June 15th. For CSC scholarship of September, please sign between August 29th and 31st.
6. During the vacation, the service of visa extension, certification and transcripts will be suspended. The office will only deal with emergency matters. Please arrange your schedule properly.
7. During the vacation, other public services will be closed, including recharge of electricity and canteen card For students who will stay during the summer break, please recharge in advance and purchase enough electricity.
8. Friendly Reminder: Please avoid ZIKA virus-affected countries and regions during the summer vacation.
