Shopping Mall:My vacations had started and it was the first day of my holiday. I was getting bored in the house. Therefore, my mother decided to take me to the shopping mall. As we reached there, the car park was dull and dark. My mother and that I took the raise from the second level of the underground parking lot to induce to the bottom floor of the looking complex The moment we stepped out of the lift, we were greeted by a blast of cool air and the blare of music from a music shop nearby. The ground floor was bright and lively.
The layout of the mall was very impressive. It was spacious and well lighted up. We were in the lobby of the huge shopping complex. There were many people enjoying there. I could see a supermarket, which occupied a lot of space. Then there were electronics shops selling huge televisions and music systems that were displayed outside. Near to it was a large shop of shoes. My mother bought me a pair from there.

Shopping malls have taken more and more place in our economic and social life and have also taken the place of traditional bazaars. Shopping malls are not only places to shop;they also have become places for having fun and spending time. Consumers spend a considerable time in shopping malls because they host a lot of stores and activities that attract consumers' attention and offer a lot of benefits. Shopping malls of Kosovo became the most attractive places to shop and hang out . Also Kosovo consumers fill everyday household needs from supermarkets found in shopping malls. The aim of this research is to investigate the role of shopping malls in consumers' life through factors affecting visits in shopping malls and to demonstrate how these factors differ according to consumer's shopping habits in shopping malls and consumers' demographic characteristics. In this context a survey was conducted , with Kosova consumers. The data obtained from 520 consumers via the internet survey method using convenience sample as a non - random sampling method were analyzed with Independent Sample t-test and One- Way ANOVA. Also principal factor analysis and reliability analysis has been performed. As a result of the research, six factors affecting the consumers' visits in the shopping centers were obtained. These factors are named as aesthetics, entertainment, product variety , advantages, socialization, and convenience. According to the results ,consumers vists in shopping centers vary according to consumers' shopping habits and demographic characteristics.
