sports are very essential in our daily life as it keeps our body fit and healthy . sports freshens our mind . football and basket ball are very good sports . a child may not gain proper height by complain or bornevitta but can gain it by playing basketball . we can gain stamina by playing football

Sports and It's importance

           Today, In 2019 every one is having it's book, mobile, laptop and computer. And today is a day on which every one is studying. Only study! Nothing diffrent thing. And because of more studies students are getting improper and unhealthy.

      Before 20 to 30 years, Every one was interested in Sports and Games and that time every person, student, childrens plays sports and diffrent types of outdoor games. And In today's life students have started to play online games. But what about outdoor sports?

             Outdoor sports are very important in student or person life. Because when we play outdoor games then our health became good as well as we don't have problem of any kind of disease. And by playing the sports and games our brain improves. And our concentreation power is increased. Not only concentreation power, but also our body parts feel safety as well as we get proper health.

       There are so many advantages of sports and games. But there are disadvantages too. And one most important disadvantage is the Injury. When we don't have practice with our specific game, then our body can be having injury! Also one big disadvantage is team quarrel when we play games by teams then there is a chance to be fight with other teams after losing the match, Most of the people are not like this but some people are not honest and they just quarrel.

            Sports make person active, honest, disiplined as well as good listener and speaker. We should give our 1 hour daily for sports. Many schools don't have there sports period because of which students get inactive. Every school should be having the Sports period of approximately 1 Hour.

            Many math experts and many people who are expert in studies in there subject and people who have knowledge about sports, they give there daily 1 Hour in playing sports.

         There are so many sports in this world. like-cricket, football, hockey, volleyball. But we should try to play games in which there is our more running as well as more work of brain. One example of this is football. Because of playing football our running skills are developed as well as brain sharps.
