Today’s labour needs a dignified life and him or her wants that they should be treated well. He is the one who works hard in the agricultural field to earn his two times bread and provide the country the necessary item food. A labour works in factories for eight hours a day and contributes to the national GDP. Without the labour, whether he works manually or with some sophisticated machines, no one can think of a country. A labour is indeed a pillar of the nation, and what we can do for him or she is to treat them with dignity and honor.

  • The dignity of labour is the philosophy that all types of jobs are respected equally, and no occupation is considered superior and none of the jobs should be discriminated on any basis. Regardless of whether one's occupation involves physical work or mental labour, it is held that the job deserves respect.
