A Good Samaritan who takes an accident victim to a hospital will not be asked any questions and can leave immediately. He/she cannot be forced to stay unless they are an eyewitness in which case only their address can be noted.

It's every human beings crucial responsible any human.An accident victim should be immediately  give  first aid if possible .Even if it happens in a small village then take the victim to nearest doctor and provide  the same then shift  victim to a hospital with emminent  and appropriate facilities. It's every human beings moral responsibility.
