The proverb: Strike while the iron is hot means avail the opportunity no sooner it knocks your door.

Short Story:

Krish was a shy & introvert boy who loved to play cricket and was a good performer too. One day he decided to join the cricket club to improve his game. The seniors at the club never let him play properly and try to overshadow his talent.

One day cricket coach declared about the interstate cricket match. Krish was also part of the team. During the match, he was sent at last as he never played a match before.

He knew if he is unable to demonstrate his talent today he will never get any recognition as already his seniors are not his well-wisher.

The match required 20 runs to win the game in 2overs and Krish strike while the iron was hot. He batted with full concentration and energy and made the team win.

Since that day he never looked back and was rewarded with Man of the Match title.
