Summary of road not taken
The poem describes someone standing at a fork, or turning point, in a road in the woods, trying to decide which path he's going to take. He looks down one road as far as he can see, and after thinking for another minute, decides to take the other one because it looks like nobody's been that way yet, and he's curious about where it leads.
He thinks maybe he might come back another day and try out the other path but he has a feeling that the road he's chosen will lead him to new places and discoveries, and he probably won't be back. He thinks wistfully about that road, the road not taken, and where he might have wound up if he'd gone that way instead. Part of him regrets his decision, but he also realizes that the things he's seen and the places he's gone because of the direction he chose has made him who he is.
hope this will help you...Plz react thanks

This poem is written by Robert Frost. The poet was standing in front of a jungle. There two roads diverged in the Jungle. The poet wanted to take a journey on both roads but he felt very sorry that being one traveller he could not travel both roads. He had to choose only one road to travel. So the traveller stood there and look at the roads.
The poet was very confused in choosing the road. He then took a decision. He chose the road which was grassy and wanted wear.
Both the roads were looking same on that day because no one had travel on those roads yet and the leaves on the roads were fresh and had not turned black which proved that nobody had travelled on those roads.
The poet left the first Road for another day. But he was in doubt whether he would be able to come back and travel on that road.
The poet knew that one had to be very careful in making choices for future. Because when a person chose a choice and began to work for that then it is very difficult to change the choice and to take another choice.
This very choice makes too much difference in one's life. So the poet here in the poem conveys the idea that one should be very careful in choosing his career.
