Number of oscillation n = 20

Time taken = 25sec

hence time period of oscillation T = 25/20

= 1.25sec

Given

Error in time for 20 oscillations,∆T = 0.2sec

Hence,error in the time for 1 oscillation,∆T' = 0.2/n

therefore, Percentage error = ∆T/T*100

= 0.2/20*1.25*100

= 0.8%
