It option b:1.5s

Explanation:

Number of Oscillations, N=40

Time t=1min

Frequency f=  t /N  =  60/ 40

=0.667Hz

Time period,T=  1/f   =1.5sec

Hence, frequency is 0.667Hz and time period is 1.5sec

(1) Frequency = oscillation/Time

Frequency = 40/60

Frequency = 2/3Hz

Frequency = 0.67 Hz

(2) Time period = Time/Oscillation

Time Period = 60/40

Time Period = 3/2sec

Time Period = 1.5sec
