Hi there !!
Here's your answer
Given that ,
The pendulum makes 60 oscillations in 30 seconds
So,
In 1 second , the pendulum will make 60/30 = 2 oscillations
Thus ,
The frequency is 2 Hertz [ as frequency refers to the number of oscillations per second ]
Now,
Time period = 1/Frequency
Time period = 1/2
Time period = 0.5 second
Thus,
The frequency is 2 Hertz and the time period is 0.5 second

No. of oscillations completed by the pendulum= 42
Time taken to complete 42 oscillation= 20 seconds
Time period= No. of oscillations completed/Time taken
Time period= 42/20
= 21/10 (cancelled by 2)
= 2.1
Time period= 2.1 seconds
