This implies that frequency(f) is 1 Hz.
Therefore, angular frequency (w) will be 2πf, i.e. 2π. Since, w= 2π/T, hence,
T= 2π/w, which implies that T= 1second.
Other way:-
T= 1/f. Since f= 1 Hz. Hence, T= 1 second
