A simple question
How much grammatical knowledge should a student have to solve a literature or writing question without any mistake?
u can mention the grammar topics also.
(I know the question is quite strange just wanted to know)
please don't answer if u don't have proper knowledge about grammar .This question is only for those peoples who believe that their grammar is very good.

For writing skills basic grammatical knowledge is enough which includes tenses, subject verb agreement. This is because in writing skills your vocabulary have a upper hand on grammar( it is also important). so I think basic grammer knowledge and good vocabulary are the key to it.
In case you want your question a little more attractive work on sentence transformation as well because same thing when said in different way might look more attractive.
For example - she is beautiful and intelligent.
Not only she is beautiful but intelligent as well.
