A single plant produces many seeds, but all do not grow into new plants. Why ?

bcz some seeds are hollow from inside and every seed needs a suitable conditions if the seed is not able to get all the conditions like sunlight , space etc then the seeds will not grow

All the seeds do not grow into new plants bcoz there might have lost the capacity of grow;some might have not found the situation condition like warmth,sunlight or water;or may be the soil is not well-prepared or too cold for seeds to germinate;or the farmer might have not keep proper Distance between each of
