A situation where you helped an old person

When I was in the bus I saw a old women she was very weak and seems sick as well at that time I gave her my seat so , this is how I helped her.

I have helped old people in carrying heavy items especially my Granddad who is very old and needs my help for carrying heavy items. When old people are walking in the road and if they find difficulty in crossing the road I used to help them.
