Solution :-

given that,

→ Height of first slide = (5/6) m

now,

→ Height of new slide = (2/3) times higher than the previously placed slide .

then,

→ Height of new slide = (2/3) * Height of first slide

→ Height of new slide = (2/3) * (5/6)

→ Height of new slide = (2 * 5)/(3 * 6)

→ Height of new slide = (2 * 5)/(3 * 2 * 3)

→ Height of new slide = 5/(3 * 3)

→ Height of new slide = (5/9) m (A) (Ans.)

Hence, the height of new slide is equal to (5/9) m .
