Hi.
hope u know the same charge is repeal to each other and opposite is attractive .
but here is different ,because one charge is very large as compare to the another charge,
when i try to solve this problem by e.m.t in image method ,i found it may be attractive in nature !!!!!

let suppose small +ve charge =4
and large Q=1000 then 1000 is repeal to 4 but it create vacany in other side
so it feel attractive in nature
hence ur charges goes away from Q charge then it feel some attraction toward Q.
