A small answer for why does micelles formation takes place when soap is added to water?

Mrs formation takes place during soap when added to water is because of two ionic ends of the soap. One in the get attached to water which is hydrophilic and the other end gets attached to the dust particle that is hydrophobic.

Micelle formation takes place while soap is added to water because the hydrocarbon chains of soap molecules are hydrophobic which are insoluble in water but ionic ends of soap molecules are hydrophilic(water attracting) and hence soluble in water.this is why micelle formation takes place.
