Answer:

0.2 m / sec²

Explanation:

Given :

Mass m = 10 kg

Force F = 2 N

We are asked to find acceleration a :

We know :

Force = Mass × Acceleration :

F = m a

= > a = F / m

Putting values here we get :

= > a = 2 / 10 m / sec²

= > a = 0.2 m / sec²

Therefore , required acceleration is  0.2 m / sec².

\large{\green{\underline{GIVEN}}}:

★Mass of the wagon is 10kg

★Force applied is 10N

\large{\red{\underline{TO \:FIND}}}:

★The acceleration of the wagon.

\large{\purple{\underline{CONCEPT\:USED}}}:

★We would use the formula of force to find out the answer.

\large{\pink{\underline{ANSWER}}}:

We know,

\large\green{\boxed{F=m×a}}

where

  • m is the mass
  • F is the force
  • a is the acceleration

=> F = ma

=>2N=10kg\times a

=> a=\dfrac{2}{10}ms^{-2}

. °. a=0.2ms^{-2}

Therefore the acceleration of the block is <b>0.2ms^-2
