Given breadth of the greenhouse = 25cm.
Given the height of the greenhouse= 25cm.
(a)
We know that Area of the glass = 2(lb + bh + lh)
= 2(30 * 25 + 25 * 25 + 25 * 30)
= 2(750 + 625 + 750)
= 2(2125)
= 4250cm^2.
(b)
Length of the tape needed for all the 12 edges = 4(l + b + h)
= 4(30 + 25 + 25)
= 4(80)
= 320cm^2.
