A small marble is projected with a velocity of 10 m/s in a direction of 45 degree from the horizontal y-direction, along the smooth wadge. Calculate the magnitude v of its velocity after 2 second. Take g=10m/s^2.

V = u+at
So since the acceleration in this case gravity is always acting downwards we need to apply the above equation for only one component of velocity that is the one that's acting downwards.
V downward = [ 10*(1/√2) ] 2 + 10*2
= 10 [ √2 + 2 ]
Magnitude of v = √ [ (10/√2)^2 + ( 10 (√2+2))^2 ]
