Answer:

1) The change in image: i) image will become virtual from real image.

ii) image will become erect from inverted.

2) Yes, we can take photograph of a virtual image.

Explanation:

1) The focal length of concave mirror =  f = 20 cm.

The centre of the mirror is at a distance of = 2f = 40 cm.

  • When the object is at 30 cm, that means between focus and centre, the characteristics of image are: (i) inverted (ii) real (iii) larger than object.
  • When the object is at 10 cm, that means between focus and pole, the characteristics of image are: (i) erect (ii) virtual (iii) larger than object.
  • Change: Two characteristics are changed here -

               (i) From inverted to erect            (ii) From real to virtual

2) For any kind of image (real or virtual) taking image is possible.

Example- In plane mirror the virtual image is formed. By standing in front of a plane mirror if we take our photograph, then it is possible to take photograph of virtual image.
