You can present a skit on a topic of - Stop eating junk food. And you can show that a boy loved to eat junk food and made fuss in eating healthy food, so one day he was sleeping and I his dream the bid Monsters (Junk Food) were trying to kill him and suddenly some superheroes (Healthy foods like green veggies ) came and rescued him. When his dream ended he realized that he shouldn't eat junk food.(Also , add that his mom used to tell him about the advantages of eating veggies).
