After the contact between two spheres charge between them would be equally distributed.
So,
q1 = q2 =( 20 -5 )/2
= 7.5 mC
Applying couloumb's law,
F = 9* 10^9* (7.5)^2*10^-6/10^-2
F = 5.06 * 10^7 C
