The starting line of the poem is ‘Eight years have passed since I placed my cherry seeds in the grass’ and the ending line is ‘the small cherry tree grown by me’.
These lines give us the message that for every beginning, there is an end. It may be a good ending or else it could even be a worse one. All these depend on our work. If we work hard, whatever hurdles we pass through, we will face success at the end. If we become lazy, the end will be worse and we wll have to face failure.
